Shipping policy

Once the order is placed, the processing time is 2 to 7 business days.

After being processed and shipped, it will take 2 to 5 days depending on the flow of the postal mail.

Once the order leaves our facilities, we are not responsible for it.

Each client will be provided with their tracking number, if there are any inconvenience, the claims are directly with the mail.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to erroneous addresses sent by the customer.

If your package is returned by wrong address you must pay the shipping cost again.

Pick-Up are processed the next day after the order is placed. When you are ready to pick up you will receive an email with the location. It is collected from Monday to Thursday from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. They are not processed or dispatched collected outside these hours.

Any order made for collection will have a collection term of 3 months from the same day and time it was made. If the 3 month grace period passes, the items will be placed in inventory. Without distinction of person.
